You can create workflows for your sales reps and associate them with a Pipeline. The steps of the sales process can be associated with each stage of the Pipeline creating a logical path.
Once you create the steps you will see something like this in your deal page. In the example Incoming and Contacted are the name assigned the Pipeline Stages. Required steps prevent the deal from being moved to the next step!
How to edit a workflow
In order to set your own steps you have to look at the Pipeline Setup. You just need to click on the button next to the Stage name.
You can add a step by clicking on the “add step” button. You can give your step the name you prefer that describes best the activity. Also, you can check the “required” checkbox. Once a checkbox is checked the deal can’t be moved to the next step!
Conditional (OR) steps can be added by clicking on the “add conditional step” button and work in a similar way. It’s a point of your workflow where there are two or more possible scenarios after a step, and you will check one of those options.
