Each deal can can be linked to a contact person and organization. It can be done from the deal page at anytime, or when the deal is created. You are free to link any person and/or organization, no matter if they are linked to each other. You may link a contact person from another company.

Persons involved 

This feature gives you a complete overview of everyone involved in the deal. People can belong to any organization and can be added in the same way as other contacts.

Simply select an option and click the floppy disk icon to save.

To unlink a person or organization from a deal, click the pencil icon. Then select a different contact or leave the contact field empty and save.
