Office 365 Outlook
Microsoft does not support standard authentication nor an app‑password option like Gmail. Since this limitation cannot be changed, we recommend two alternatives:
- Use a BCC address
- Use a bridge mailbox – Connect Onpipeline to an intermediate email account from another email provider. Your Onpipeline account connects to this bridge, while your Microsoft mailbox has a forwarding rule that sends all mail to the bridge account.
