You are in control of your data. You can download your data into a CSV format at any time, which can also be easily imported into Excel, directly from the following list views:

• Persons
• Organizations
• Deals
• Quotes
• Leads IN

To download your data, simply click on the “.csv” button located on the filters bar. Please note that the exported data will mirror what you see on the page, meaning that any filters you apply will directly affect the contents of the file.

Alternatively, you can download your data through our API.

Only admins can download to a file. Users can’t download unless they are authorized to “Export data”.
