Admins can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing area.
Any change made to your account will be prorated. It means we will calculate used/unused time within your billing period and bill you accordingly in your next invoice. This applies to both downgrades and upgrades.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account. Any cancellation must be completed prior to the end of your subscription period, otherwise, billing for the next month will be processed automatically. Any proration connected to a cancelled account will be processed an the end of the billing period.
Please know that account deletion and downgrades remove all data.
