Onpipeline simplifies the sales process with a great quote management module (included in any standard plan). Professional sales quotes can be easily created from deals in 2 minutes, with the option to export as a PDF or send the offer from your email address. Quote management is enabled in your settings you will see a “Quote” button on your deal page.
The creation is very simple and intuitive, you just need to enter the product ad add it to the quote, set a discount (if any), and so on. Also, you can set a Note that will be published on the PDF. If you belong to more than one team you will see the team selection next to the buttons. Selecting the team you will apply the proper rules and templates.
Saving a quote or a version
You will be able to save the quote or a revision according to its status. If the quote has been approved (or rejected) you will be able to save it as a version (as a revision of the previous quote). If the quote is awaiting your team leader approval it will be generated as a “DRAFT”. The “draft” watermark will not be visible on valid/approved quotes.
Sending a quote via email
If your email accounts is configured you will be able to send the quote with just one click. The customer email address will be prefilled using the email you entered for the contact person.
